Oldie but Goodie

One is an oldie but goodie , Egg Salad Sandwich with Curry and tomato. This was a staple breakfast or snake during my weight loss journey. 

EGG 🥚 SALAD SANDWICH W/ CURRY 

INGREDIENTS 

1/2 cup mayonnaise 

1/2 teaspoon ground curry 

1/2 teaspoon honey 🍯 

Dash ground ginger 

6 hard-boiled large eggs, coarsely chopped 

3 green onions, sliced 

6 slices whole wheat bread 

Optional: Tomato 🍅 slices and cracked pepper .

DIRECTIONS:

Super simple 😇

• Mix the first four ingredients.stir in eggs and green onions. 

• now slap some of that egg salad onto your bun / bread of choice and enjoy. 

I always love topping mine off with Roma tomato and a dash of cracked black pepper.
